Aspira Education is looking for EYFS Teachers to join schools and nurseries across Derbyshire, with roles available for immediate or September starts. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or an Early Career Teacher, this is your opportunity to shape learning in the most formative stage of development.

We work with mainstream schools, specialist provisions, and EYFS units where child-centred learning and early intervention matter — and we’ll match you with settings that align with your values and strengths.

About the Role

As an EYFS Teacher, you’ll:

• Lead learning in a Nursery or Reception classroom
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative sessions in line with the EYFS framework
• Support speech and language, early literacy, and physical development
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment with clear routines
• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and SEND teams to support individual needs
• Use observations to track progress and inform next steps

These are full-time roles during term time, with temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Nursery or Reception settings (placements accepted for ECTs)
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
• Excellent communication and classroom organisation skills
• A warm, calm approach to behaviour and emotional regulation
