At Aspira Education, we believe that great support staff aren’t just found — they’re developed.
That’s why we created the Aspira Training Academy,a free, in-house training initiative designed to upskill candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and prepare them for success in real classrooms.
Whether you're an existing education practitioner, a career changer from youth work, care, or customer service, or someone returning to education after time away, our Academy helps you feel confident and classroom-ready from day one.
Led by a qualified teacher with nearly two decades of classroom experience, including specialist work with SEND and SEBD learners, our training goes beyond box-ticking. We provide practical, hands-on preparation built around real school scenarios, behaviour management, safeguarding, and learning support.
Every course is delivered through a mix of engaging presentations and assessments. Upon completion, candidates receive a personalised certificate of achievement, and we keep track of your progress through our system so we can match you with roles that fit your strengths.
