Aspira Education is looking for qualified Primary Teachers to join schools across Derbyshire, with immediate and September starts available. Whether you’re newly qualified or bringing years of experience, we’ll match you with the right environment — one that values stability, pupil progress, and quality teaching over quick fixes.

You’ll be supported by a team that understands both the classroom and the recruitment process, and who will champion you from your first day to your last.

About the Role

As a Primary Teacher through Aspira, you’ll:

• Teach a class of pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your preference and experience
• Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that promote curiosity and confidence
• Maintain a calm, consistent classroom with strong routines and clear boundaries
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and subject leaders to support diverse learners
• Be part of a school where your input, wellbeing, and development matter

Roles available include short-term supply, long-term placements, and temp-to-perm opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong behaviour management and the ability to create a nurturing learning environment
• Experience in UK primary settings (placements accepted for ECTs)
• Confidence in delivering the primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• A genuine passion for education, inclusion, and child development
