Early Years Teacher 
£140-£230 per day | Full-time | Nursery & Reception 

Do you have a passion for early childhood development? Are you a creative and caring teacher ready to nurture young learners at the very start of their education? 

Aspira Education is working with a variety of early years settings in Lincoln, including nursery units, reception classrooms, and specialist provisions. We’re looking for qualified Early Years Teachers who want to make a meaningful difference, whether you’re experienced or just starting your teaching journey.

We’ll support you with training, mentoring, and school partnerships that value your expertise with this unique age group. 

 

About the Role 

As an Early Years Teacher, you’ll: 

  • Teach children aged 3–5 in nursery, preschool or reception settings 
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on the EYFS framework 
  • Foster children’s communication, social skills, and independence through structured play 
  • Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment 
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and parents/carers 
  • Observe and assess children’s development and tailor learning accordingly 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS 
  • Experience teaching children in Early Years (Nursery, Preschool, or Reception) 
  • Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework 
  • A nurturing, calm, and patient teaching style 
  • A team player with a passion for helping children thrive from day one
