Aspira Education is looking for Behaviour & Learning Facilitators to join schools across Derbyshire, working with pupils whose behaviour is a barrier to learning — but who can thrive with the right support.

This is a fantastic role for people from behaviour mentoring, coaching, care, youth work, or education backgrounds.

About the Role

You will:

• Support pupils in-class to help reduce disruption and increase focus
• Offer calm, consistent 1:1 or group support throughout the school day
• Help pupils manage emotions, follow routines, and regulate behaviour
• Liaise with staff and SENCOs to implement behaviour and support plans
• Act as a key adult figure for learners needing structure and reassurance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting young people with behavioural, emotional, or learning needs
• Confidence, emotional resilience, and excellent communication skills
• A calm and structured approach, especially in difficult situations
• An interest in supporting pupils who need a fresh start and patient guidance

All applicants must have:

• The right to work in the UK
• A clear Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply)
• Two recent references
• A willingness to complete free online safeguarding training
