About Dario
Dario brings a unique and authentic perspective to education recruitment, shaped by his own lived experience within the SEND system. Having been excluded from school and placed in a PRU as a teenager, he understands first-hand how critical the right support staff can be in changing a young person’s path.
With over a decade in education recruitment, Dario has worked closely with schools across the East Midlands, building a reputation for integrity, responsiveness, and insight. He has a proven track record of placing skilled support staff who not only meet the brief but become valued members of the school community.
His personal journey fuels his passion for matching the right person to the right role, particularly in specialist provisions, PRUs, and SEMH settings. Dario co-founded Aspira Education to do things differently: to focus on impact, not just placements. He understands both what schools need and what makes a placement successful for the long term.
